Food Photography Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for every client, I’ve established the following cancellation guidelines:
1. Cancellation Notice
Clients must send an email at least 72 hours in advance to phodeobug@gmail.com if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows time to offer the slot to other clients.
2. Deposit Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. If you cancel with more than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to a future session. Cancellations with less notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted per deposit, provided it’s requested 72 hours or more. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
4. No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full to rebook.
5. Weather & Emergencies
If inclement weather or a legitimate emergency impacts your session, we’ll work together to reschedule at no extra charge or return your full paid amount.
